Shipping + Returns

How much is shipping in Australia? 
All Australian orders of over $75 will receive free Standard Shipping (3-7 business days).
 Orders $75 and under will incur a $10.00 Standard Shipping fee.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship internationally for our mates overseas. 

Who do you ship with?
We ship all of our Australian orders with Australia Post and Australia Post Express Post. With Australia Post, you will receive an email updating you where your parcel is at every stage of its journey to you. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and sent. 

What about returns and refunds ?
You can return or refund products for a number of different circumstances including if a product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law. 

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns and refunds within 14 days of purchase for unopened, unused products, in their original condition and packaging, and in re-saleable condition. Please email your request to return your product to info@sleepscents.com.au and we will send an address for you to send your unopened product to us. We must receive returned product(s) within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.

What if my product arrived damaged?
We will be devastated if this happens! Sleep Scents will replace any products that arrive damaged or are faulty. Please email us a photograph or video at info@sleepscents.com.au to begin the replacement process. Please note, we must receive the damaged product(s) within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation to process a replacement.
